I thought when you tore open these convenient little packets there would be a little cloth inside soaked with the Balneol that you could soothe yourself with, but there's no cloth. It's just a dab of cream inside the packet. You have to have scissors to open it, then figure out how to squeeze that tiny amount of cream out of the packet onto your own cloth or toilet paper with one hand. You don't get enough. It squirts on the wall. Who has scissors in the bathroom? So much is wasted still in the packet. Why couldn't they make this like TUCKS!!!!!! I like the cream but not this wasteful delivery method. But when on the road/bike or need just some to carry, these packets are great. Just the amount you need in each packet. You can use the toilet paper if you need something to put it on with but for us, fingers are fine. I tried many many products that burned and were too sticky and this one is perfect! Wish I had this years ago and saved a ton of money.
