I thought I would never have to use any Preparation H product, or at least not until I got a lot older, but my job for the last couple of years requires an abnormal amount of sitting, and as a consequence, without going into detail, I now use Preparation H products, including these wipes. Not so. Although convenient and very good at carefully cleaning the area, these wipes are nothing more than baby wipes with the soothing aloe and the slightly astringent witch hazel added. That's not really the kind of medication folks are expecting from the name Preparation H. You can save a little money by buying cheaper wipes and a bottle of witch hazel.
